If you are an existing Association of Anaesthetists/Anaesthesia grant-holder and would like to request a no-cost extension to your grant (up to a maximum of 6 months) you must complete the form below.
Requests for an initial no-cost grant extension should return the completed form by email to the Association of Anaesthetists Secretariat.
Any second or further requests should contact the Secretariat for advice.
Requests will be considered by the Chair of the Research & Grants Committee, Honorary Treasurer and Senior Management Lead.
Incomplete forms will not be considered.
