If you are an existing BJA/RCoA grant-holder and would like to request a no-cost extension to your grant you must complete the form below and return it for consideration by email to Prof Michel Struys, BJA Grants Officer.
Please note that requests for no-cost extensions must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the current end date.
Examples of when an extension may be requested are:
1. additional time is required to assure completion of the original objectives
2. continuity of grant support is required while a competing application is under review
The fact that funds remain in the grant is not in itself justification for a no-cost extension.
