Joining the NIAA

The National Institute of Academic Anaesthesia (NIAA) is a partnership organisation consisting of four founding partners the Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA), the Association of Anaesthetists, and the journals Anaesthesia and the British Journal of Anaesthesia (BJA).

These four bodies work in partnership with a number of specialist society funding partners to improve patient care by supporting and promoting research in anaesthesia.

If you are a society representing a specialist area of practice relating to anaesthesia, perioperative medicine or pain medicine and are interested in joining the NIAA as a specialist society funding partner please complete the form below.

Once received the form will be subject to review by the NIAA Board, which can take up to 4-6 months depending on the NIAA Board meeting schedule, before a final decision can be made.
