Governance
NELA+ is delivered by a Project Team, responsible for strategic and operational decision-making. A Project Board oversees strategic direction and holds the Project Team and subcontractors accountable, monitoring all aspects of project delivery. The Project Team receives advice from key stakeholder organisations, including lay representation, from a Clinical Reference Group.
